You may only submit a website you own or are authorized by its owner to test. The same applies to each comparison site.
The tester reads public pages only: it honors robots.txt, sends read-only GET requests, never submits forms, never logs in and never clicks ads.
Results are automated. Rule-based scores are estimates, model-assisted verdicts are AI judgments; neither is a real user study. Personas are hypothetical and make no claim to represent real demographics.
The free preview is provided as is, without warranty, and may be rate-limited or withdrawn. Do not rely on it for legal, medical, financial or accessibility compliance decisions.
Do not use the service to probe private networks, overload a site, or test a site you are not authorized to test. We may refuse or stop any run.

We ask for your email only to limit free tries (2 per email and 2 per website). We store a one-way hash of it, not the address itself. We also keep the URL you submitted, your consent versions and timestamps, and the report.
Your IP address is used only to count daily runs for abuse limits; it is not used for anything else.
Reports and run data are stored as files on our own server. Nothing is sold. We share nothing with anyone unless you tick a separate, optional box (for example when you ask for a referral to our rebuild service).
Our test traffic is labelled (User-Agent and X-Synthetic-Traffic header) so site owners can exclude it from analytics.
